So many newcomers to Bones for Life® have shared with me how amazed they are by the relaxation, awakening, peace of mind, and vitality they found in their bodies from a single session.

And on this Small Business Saturday, check out another way you can support our holistic mission...

We published two beautiful children's books this year:

Adventures of Hope - click here to discover more

Rodney the Rhino - click here to discover more

Great gifts for little ones and adults too!  Or consider purchasing our three kids-book-bundle, which includes Mike Eck and Claire Long's With You in Our Dreams!

The holistic vision is an important one during these times when things often seem so fractured by war, by politics, even by medical models that want to divide us into a bunch of parts.

Staying with the vision that it's all WHOLE...now that's a vision that could bloom any time of year!

Bloom with us into delight!

make your moves

Last week we welcomed 25 people from around the world -- Australia, Great Britain, Japan, Norway, all over the US -- to Cincinnati for the Bones for Life® Teacher Training sponsored by Future Life Now...the group who certified me about 8-9 years ago. We convened at Hueston Woods, where I captured this amazing sunset below.

I got to meet each one of these 25 people via Zoom to share Bones for Life® the past few years and what a gift to get to know them in person.

They are brilliant teachers sharing this brilliant work. Each week I teach on Zoom or in person, I become more and more amazed at what Bones for Life® makes possible in making bigger moves in life.

What moves do you want to make? Want to walk without pain? Hike again? Hit the golf ball further and straighter with ease? Play pickle ball? Be able to get up and down from the floor with ease to play with your kids or grandkids?

Bones for Life® offers gentle and easy processes through which to upgrade your ability to do just about anything with more ease on this gravity-rich planet. I don't usually offer drop-in classes for Bones for Life®, though tomorrow I'm offering one for you to discover if it's right for you to consider joining the next series of classes:

Make your moves before the sun goes down again...

there's a lot of hurt

It's been gorgeous here in the Ohio River Valley.

But not everywhere on the planet, I know.  Our world is a harsh and tragic place for many of our fellow humans.

What can we do?

There are huge powers at play, of course.  There are systems of the-way-it-is that we've inherited that make little sense now, if they ever did.  And you and I alone seem so small in these massive and often unkind systems, for sure.

But what would happen if more and more of us began standing taller, continued discovering more and easier ways to be on the planet, began standing more and more every day in our authenticity, began sharing that vision for human life?

It is what we do in Bones for Life®.  And it's THE BEST movement system and philosophy I've found yet...and I've gone seeking for decades.

Why do I think it's the best...better than yoga, better than my beloved tai chi, better than all my shenanigans at the gym and in the pool?

Because it stimulates your own very deep intelligence used for standing and walking and improves those systemic movement patterns in deep and gentle ways that make sense to nervous systems on this gravity-rich planet.

Bones for Life® has improved my yoga/meditation, my tai chi, my weightlifting, my swimming streamline, my golf...and has definitely made my walking a pleasure.

Bones for Life® invites curiosity, play, wonder...and so much of what might be needed to begin a revolution of tenderness, of self-love and love for others on this amazing planet Earth.

If we stood tall and looked into each other's eyes more often, would life on this planet would be much more interesting?

And in that standing tall with ease and authenticity, might we all discover together new ways that make more sense for equally cherishing the lives of our neighbors on this amazing planet Earth?

We have three drop-in opportunities this month to check out Bones for Life® before our next series begins at the end of this month...hope you'll consider exploring with us.

What might your life and mine look and sound and feel like if we knew better our own standing tall with ease, knew better our own authentic voices?

Sometimes it's the slightest difference that makes the biggest difference...that welcomes an entire phase transition....

how do you want to move?

How would you like to move?

What are the ways you'd like to move that have become difficult?

Well, Bones for Life® could have the remedy for you to move in the ways you'd like no matter your age.

Why?

It's blends stability and flexibility and allows your super-intelligent nervous system to notice the differences between the two and how much of one is needed than the other...so much of this happening beneath your day-to-day noticing.

For instance, do you think about what percentage of flexibility and what percentage of stability are needed through your whole body to stand up from a chair?

Your deepest neurons in your nervous system are figuring that out -- you are figuring that out at a very deep level.

Bones for Life® gives you experiences that speak that language, that speak to that level of your nervous system in ways that yoga and even my favorite tai chi do not.

Bones for Life® is steeped in developmental patterns...all the moves we made at such a young age to move from helplessness to rolling to creeping to crawling to climbing to standing and walking.  You created your nervous system with every one of these moves.  And you can continue to create your nervous system through something like Bones for Life®.

Curious?  Want to move how you want to move?

Consider joining us tomorrow/Tuesday...we have 2 more spots available if you register asap!

sweet new places

With the weather gently changing here in the Ohio River Valley, are you being invited to discover new places to hang out this beautiful Autumn?

I feel that nudge.  And I noticed two of my little friends were also finding that on this morning's dewey goldenrod.  Notice the adorable ways they get comfortable here in the photo.

We have three new opportunities this week to dive in and discover goodness and ease for yourself...

who heals?

No one can heal you.

You are already whole.

Someone wise once told me, "Anyone who says they can heal you -- might be best to smile and run.  Or at least walk away quickly."

But anyone or anything who reminds you and me that we are whole…that person or thing is well worth their salt.  And then some!

And that’s what we do at VITALITY.  We offer circles where people can discover the resources within one's own self for what is needed.

That's powerful!

Tomorrow/Tuesday night we host our first Zoom Inner Journey of the new Autumn season, Autumn in the Northern Hemisphere anyway.

Can you feel the new possibilities in the air?  Well, come write about them, meditate/contemplate about them, draw about them, talk about them, let them swirl a bit within you and kick up the leaves in playful ways!

a strange and wonderful universe

What if the Universe were conspiring with you?  Pulling you like a thread toward some future of your dreams?

When we gather in our Bengston 'Cycling' Circle at VITALITY we take time to think about things we want to happen in our lives.

Each one of us builds a list privately -- not to be shared.

And then we do something in our imagination with those things we want on our list...what we call 'cycling.'  No bikes needed!

It's all in the imagination and it has landed dream jobs and homes and vacations and relationships and healthy outcomes.  Cancers can go into remission and never return, illnesses often disappear.

It's strange.

Well, the universe is strange sometimes.  If you and I pay attention, it's strange most of the time.  And wonderful.

Sometimes it's we humans who can get in the way of the thread pulling us toward the future of our dreams.  We are the ones who need to cast the hook and line out there and let the universe take care of drawing us to it, toward the life of our choosing.

Maybe the Bengston Cycling Group can help you...

Come, be delighted!
