I went for my morning walk today and discovered that my favorite sycamore tree atop the hill began blooming.

It wasn’t blooming yesterday morning, as I’ve kept an eye on it and worried a bit about it.  Slow bloomer, I guess.

Maybe we all are.

It took me a long while to discover the goodness that Bones for Life offers.  As you probably know, I made fun of my mom for taking Bones for Life classes.

But when I took one — finally — I discovered that an old nagging pain disappeared in five minutes.  Hmm, I thought.

Bones for Life has offered me a whole toolkit of ideas to take away pain and to get me to the top of the hill every morning to visit my tree-friend.  An old classmate the same age as me lives nearby and makes fun of me for walking that hill every morning.  “No one walks that hill for enjoyment,” he says.

I beg to differ!

I’m offering two Intro to Bones for Life series beginning next week:

And these can be your gateway to joining me for the first in-person Bones for Life Immersion 1 I’ve offered since before the pandemic.  We’ve offered about 15 of them on Zoom…but in-person offers a whole new range of possibilities.  Check out the details here:  https://vitalitycincinnati.org/programs/bones-for-life-classes/

And if you sign up for one of the April/May Intro to Bones for Life series and want to continue on to Immersion 1, I’ll count the series-fee toward your tuition!

Bones for Life can help you get to where you want in life — to visit a favorite tree, to explore a dream city on foot (as I did in the photo), to saunter a delicious beach, to simply be able to walk through the grocery pain-free.

What do you want in your life?  What’s your dream, your desire?  Bones for Life can help you walk there with more ease and even pleasure.

Questions? Curious?  Reach out!
