I take a walk every morning soon after I get up.  I spiral out of bed Bones-for-Life style and have a drink of water and then find the floor and explore a short Bones for Life process and then lace up my shoes and head out for a walk.

The length of the walk varies.  Sometimes I get curious if my favorite smelling tree a few blocks away has begun flowering.  It’s truly a late bloomer.  Not today.  Ah well, maybe tomorrow.

Sometimes I get curious how much the view from the top of the hill by the tall sycamore changes depending on the tree growth in the far distance but even more so, I think, the light.

What astounds me is that I’m often the only one out there.  Sure, maybe not everyone is as curious about trees and views and all that.  But I’d think my neighbors would be more curious about their health and longevity, the ability to live well and healthily into their next decade and their next decade and their next.  Who knows, maybe they walk during times I’m not out there.

Every study I’ve read puts walking up there as one of the best if not the best exercise out there.  It could be our most important movement function — being able to get where we want to go.  Even more so, walking is a complex movement puzzle for one’s nervous system.  And it builds bone.  And it gets fluids moving and aids in digestion.

I could go on.

But I’d rather go out for another walk, even a short one.

Bones for Life has helped me to grow the amount of pleasure walking has become for me.  To be able to walk freely and powerfully and confidently and even further — that’s what Bones for Life offers me.

Perhaps you’re curious to try it?  Or perhaps you’ve explored some of it and want more?   This next session is for beginners all the way to people who’ve been exploring for years…a gateway to Immersion 1 coming soon.
