During these days when we’re not sure what we’re supposed to do next–so much change happening so rapidly–choosing health for oneself seems like a smart option.
Tomorrow/Monday at noon Eastern time, I’m offering a free little movement class on Zoom that could resolve a lot of aches and pains…back, neck, feet, possibly more. The class will also be a nice break from the stress/noise around us…a little respite that might clear your mind to know for yourself what a smart next step would be. Class is Feldenkrais-style with some Bones for Life flair. 🙂
You can participate from your bed or from the floor — just bring a towel for some extra padding.
