Such a time of contrasts in our world.
Very apparent with our seasons too.
As we approach the solstice this Sunday, here in my world, we add another log to the fire or another blanket for near-winter warmth. Many of my friends in the southern hemisphere are sweltering as they teeter into soon-summer.
We have a 15 year tradition of honoring solstice at VITALITY. Our dear friend Penny Costilla has led us since the beginning, now on Zoom.
We choose a word for the new season and wonder about it and write about it if we wish. All words are positive.
