I”ve been teaching a lot of Bones for Life® online the last five years — thousands of people have joined us for Future Life Now’s free livecasts and immersions and teacher trainings. Many people who don’t (yet) appreciate the online format have booked individual sessions with me too over the years.
And I continue to be inspired by the positive results participants get for themselves with these Bones for Life processes and the super wise learning-to-take-care-of-yourself philosophy so deeply embedded in Bones for Life.
The sooner someone begins the process, the quicker the results — AND the fewer compensatory problems we have to work through caused by not resolving quickly the original complaint. Achy back, finicky knee, unstable ankle or foot, injured shoulder, whatever began the chain of problems.
