Drop in anytime between 6-7pm at Patrick’s Park next to Tortilleria Garcia (across the street from VITALITY), super simple standing moves (or bring a chair for yourself) and then head over to Taco Tuesday!
All ages welcome. Offered for free or for a donation to VITALITY. I’ll be leading these super relaxing moves.
