I’m hosting a free class tomorrow night — still a few spots remain if you’d like to join us.
During the class, I’ll invite you to roll on the floor in these super small and gentle ways. You’ll likley think that these moves will not do much for you. And then you’ll stand up and probably discover that your pain is gone.
Why would such simple and small moves be so helpful?
Because you and I did something of these moves when we were infants. Those moves built your nervous system and mine. They are the earliest layer of who you are outside the womb. These moves made you and me who we are today!
Those early moves are the foundation upon which we developed our complex moves like walking or dancing or riding a bike or swinging a golf club or tennis racket or baseball bat. So returning to those early rolling moves in gentle ways that reduce the effort needed to do them not only upgrades those moves, it can upgrade your abilty to walk or dance or ride or swing anything well or do anything we want to do well.
