We are offering two new series of classes on Monday nights and Tuesday mornings that could help you do the things you want to do!

Walk with Power!

a Bones for Life® series

open to anyone ages 18+ (<17 bring a parent/guardian)

in-person dates at VITALITY:

  • free class tomorrow/Tuesday, Sept 2, from 10:30-11:45am – RSVP to Brian at 513.300.5174
  • five-class series Tuesdays from 10:30-11:45am:  Sept 9, 16, 23, 30 + Oct 7 ($100 for the series, Brian’s personal clients can drop in for $25/session)

Get Yourself Out of Back Pain!

using Feldenkrais’ Awareness Through Movement®…open to anyone ages 18+ (<17 bring a parent/guardian) in-person dates at VITALITY:

And we are offering a free/donation-based super simple tai chi experience on Tuesdays in September in the College Hill Park just across the street from VITALITY (next to Tortilleria Garcia) — begins tomorrow at 9:15am!  All are welcome!
