VITALITY Cincinnati

writing a future

We are excited to share our new summer gentle movement & relaxation programs in the next few days!

Those are our roots for sure — sharing ways to restore oneself and grow one’s dreams through moving and breathing and resting.

We’ve been pleasantly surprised just how much our books are inspiring people too.  Very soon we’ll publish our 25th book!

I’m delighted to share that Mike Eck and his granddaughter have created a coloring book Yes…You Can!  Mike’s poem and Audrey’s drawings and Audrey’s first poem too!  We’d love for you to sponsor a small bundle of these books to breathe life into its publication:  https://vitalitybuzz.org/shop/yes-you-can/

You all know Mike helped found VITALITY fifteen years ago and then began gleaning in our region — where thousands upon thousands of pounds of farm-fresh food are picked every year by volunteers and shared with food pantries, soup kitchens, and La Soupe.  Mike also raised the money to ensure this project continued through Sue Plummer’s leadership, through the national gleaning network: the Society of St. Andrew.

> And please mark your calendar for a book-launch party for our newest book, Gillian Ahlgren’s Spiritual Exercises for the 21st Century workbook, on Thursday, July 17 at 7pm at VITALITY.  It’s an inspiring and helpful book for changing your life, one appreciated and reflective breath at a time.  It will be a fun party too in that some friends just returned from Spain and working with Gillian’s book there in the birthplace of Ignatius’ exercises — come hear their stories!

Whether it’s moving and breathing and resting…

or writing and reading and reflecting and sharing ideas with one another…

you can write a new future for your life with some wonderful friends at VITALITY!
