VITALITY Cincinnati

one week

Well, Spring here continues to inspire, yes?

My favorite magnolia tree in the neighborhood is in full bloom and has been for a few weeks.  The ideal temperatures we’ve been having seem to have lengthened its bloom and its scent — last year was only a few days.

The sycamore tree up the big hill is well worth the walk up to greet it.

I thought about sharing pictures with you but then maybe you’d not want to go investigate for yourself, what there is to discover in your own neighborhood.

Curious about my neighborhood’s magnolia?  Just sniff the air — it’s there, you’ll find it   🙂

Hopefully that 5-minute video from last week helps you to arrive wherever you’d like with greater ease.

Next week we have two great opportunities to explore relationships, one’s relationship with self, others, Earth, the Universe…

It’s going to be a big year — we keep hearing that! — so getting one’s self in order while things are calm-ish might be wise.

Can you picture and hear and feel yourself standing taller, no matter what challenges come our way?  These workshop and this series can help.
